We will have a special schedule on Wednesday, April 5th at Jacobs High School due to PSAT 10 and SAT testing. All sophomores will be in attendance taking the PSAT 10, and all juniors will be in attendance taking the SAT. The Jacobs High School Athletic Hall of Fame announces that the nomination deadline for the Class of 2017 is March 1, 2017.  Nominees can be Jacobs coaches or student-athletes from the graduating class of 2011 or older.  The applications can be found online at or through the school's website.  Please send them to Jacobs High School, attention Jim Hinkle.  For more information, please contact

The Jacobs Volleyball Program and the Relay for Life of D300 Committee are hosting the Second Annual Volley For Life Tournamaent.  Please click on the link for more information.

On February 8th,  students can come to the Jacobs Auditorium during the second half of their lunch period to hear details about what blended learning is.

On February 13th, there will be a presentation for parents and students at the District 300 Central Office Board of Education Room at 6:30 pm.

This year in celebration of Black History Month, we are very excited to have Thomas Armstrong, a Freedom Rider.
